Yes. Not the sort of song you expect to hear in a pub, mind :-)

No, not the sort of song you expect but rather surprisingly goes down really well. It's what my voice is suited to, west end musical or operatic songs.

Right off to my mates house for the evening have a nice evening everyone :)

*Bump*

Sorry to bump this but as it went off at a tangent I haven't had any input from an "expert" as they may have missed the thread!

Apologies for that h.o, it does sometimes happen - hopefully an expert will pick up on it.

Not a problem, just want to see what they think of having paid over 80% in and a "paid to date" offer.

Just gone through the budget again with a fine toothcomb and coming out at minus £251 BEFORE we pay the IVA's!

That's not good at all.

I think if you send your IP a copy of your I&E they will have to ask your creditors to consider payments made to date be enough to end the IVA.

That's what I did a couple of weeks ago when submitting a F&F offer.

That's what we have done today, I just hope paying in excess of 80% over (nearly) 7 years proves enough for them to agree to conclude it and call it quits.

I still feel a bit of a failure but we have just come to a point where we cannot pay any more through no fault of our own. If I could, I would and always have, even when we dropped to one income and had kids, I still found the money somehow.

But if we look at it in plain black & white (with some red!), we are struggling just to pay for heating and keeping food on the table let alone pay into 2 IVA's.

I think a lot of people are struggling at the moment. It doesn't help that prices are being hiked again. I know that if they don't accept our F&F offer we will be £250 per month short to be able to pay the IVA with my pension and hubbys wages.

I would think yours has quite a good chance if you have given them the proof that you simply cannot pay.

Let us know how things go. Good luck.
