Can you tell me why if i have received from my IP a certificate of completion on 25th July 2011 (took 6 months for this) that the Insolvency Register not have it showing until closed as 22nd November, does this mean that what my IP sent me was incorrect and they had made more mistake or that it took them 4 months to send it?

It depends when the Insolvency Register updated their records to mark it as completed.
On the Register it says it can take up to 3 months for names to come off there.

If it has actually dropped off the Insolvency Register now then I wouldn't worry about it.

You just need to check your credit record now to make sure that there are no defaults registered after the date of IVA acceptance,

Agree with Jan,things do seem to move slow these days, regarding certificates etc, just look after your credit files now.
