Hi there. they state that it could take up to three months, however, many have come off within days of the IP sending the certificate. A lot will, of course, depend upon when your IP formally closes the case and issues the completion certificate.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Foggy is right that under normal conditions the register would be updated shortly after the certificates have been issued. The current problem is again the VAT issue and we are going through cases on an individual basis to see if we can or cannot close them.
I am delighted that the full and final has been accepted and we will do everything we can to close your case as quickly as possible and get your name off the register.
we did a F&F IVA last year. it took several months for the money to be distibuted to creditors though. we had a note attached to our names on the IR stating we would come off after 3mths after the IVA was satisfied.
we were off the day afer the 3mth mark.
Nothing stays the same...everything changes..hang on in there!
Great news on your F&F acceptance and I am sure Micjael will do whatever he can to get things completed asap.
Best wishes,
