I have been passed into an IP and have received my proposal which I am to sign and return

It asks me to tick if I wish to attend my Creditors Meeting?
Do I have to attend?

Hi john,

No - the meeting is normally phone calls and faxes coming in. I don't think I have heard of anyone attending one on here before.

You just need to be available for your IP to call you in case they need to discuss any modifications.

I occasionally get clients asking to attend their meetings, and if we feel the meeting is going to be complex we ask clients to attend, but generally there is no need as most voting is done electronically these days.
