I have completed IVA without any default for 60 months which ended last December 2011, but the the supervisor is not responding to my request for completion certificate and he directed somebody in his company to deal with me who is also not settling the issue simply postphoning, I am not sure what should I do now, I am really worried and stressed.
There has been a problem with HMRC and VAT claims at the moment which could be causing the delay.
