Hi, will i be made to seek maintenance from my sons dad when we have an arrangement in place that he helps with clothes etc. will the creditors make me go down the road in getting money from him?

Lisa.70 - you need to discuss this with your proposed IVA company - as it will very much be up to your creditors to decide. Is there any reason why you dont get maintanence toward the cost of your child ?

If your son's father is not paying maintenance properly at least at set CSA rates, then creditors may well stipulate that you pursue that route - but your IP should explain the basis on which you are currently paid maintenance which may satisfy them.
