Okay, so my last payment for my IVA goes out in April 2012, then should be 'pulled off the system' on 11th May. I possibly may be approved for a severance payment from work that if approved may be paid a couple of months later. If have have paid all my IVA as proposed and am just waiting for my certificate will it be taken from me?? Where do i stand?? Can i keep it all?? any of it?? None of it???

Shelene - welcome to the forum - you will need to check directly with your IVa company/IP about this - as you are still bound by the terms until you have recieved the certificate -
