As you're in an IVA and your IP is instigating the PPI and you agree you were missold this, I would let them do their job. How long is it since you've heard from the company.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Varden Nuttall clients aren't kept informed of their ppi claims. It's all in the paperwork that Richardson Mail correspond direct with the IP and the client isnt involved. I think from the tone of their letters they think we'll run off to the Costa del Crime and live the life of Riley on it instead of paying the creditors!!! Hilarious little twits really [:)]

It's been probably three months since I had a letter from them in fact it could of been before Xmas last year I have been left in the dark with this I will bring alot if problems to light with my ip on Tuesday to find out why I'm not being told in detail what is happening if im having to pay there fees for being in an iva they are a poor company that can't explain what is happening and we all have to remember they work for us so there for they should let us know the ins an outs.

It was just before Christmas they sent the letter you're right. You should have had a phone call from RM by now to ask a few more questions about whether you had ppi and how it was sold. But as I said, we signed away our rights to be kept informed of the claim progress on the power of attorney and RM authorisation forms...so you can't really complain about that. I actually didn't sign my right away and signed the letter on the basis I was copied into all correspondence. So I might have a word in their shell-like as they've either ignored my instructions or not done anything! You just reminded me of that x

Hi,

I have previously posted on the forum that if any of Varden Nuttall's clients would like an update on their PPI claims they are can call their designated customer Service Advisor who will be happy to provide an update on any pending claims.

If for any reason you haven't been able to contact your Customer Service Advisor then please email me on gareth.buckley@vardennutall.co.uk and I will be happy to assist you with an update.
