I have been paying my iva for one year now and have been told i will be asked to show all my income. i can easily do this threw my benefit award notices but my 9 year olds dla has gone up by 100 and tax credits by 100, as this is for my children can they put my payments up? also can they take any of my husbands student grant when he starts uni in October?
thanks Scaredtohell.

Your son's income should not be touched as it is for specific needs he has. Your husband's income will be treated as normal but of course he will have expenses which he will need the money for.

You will need to do an updated income and expenditure account but any changes should be minimal if at all.

Your expenditure will have changed over the year...petrol and food never seem to stay the same from one week to the next! Don't forget reviews are a chance to look at income and expenditure...put everything down and see where you end up. You ont be any worse off!!! x
