Hi all
I am now getting more disappointed with GT and their customer services, after a lack of response I have sent the following mail and I hope Karol will pick this up from the forum.

Hi

Please can you advise on the current state regarding closure?

Please advise why Annual Income / Expenditure letter has been received 2 days after a letter confirming all payments received. Last payment 28th Feb 2012.

The 2nd of August 2012 end of year 6 in the IVA and I would very much like to get my credit file cleared up, however this is not possible until you provide a letter of completion. I was shocked to learn that one of the leading UK advisers on debt would take a further 6 months to issue this. It would seem paying off debt is not a problem, however sorting out the paperwork for you is.

Please advise as my previous mail has not been responded to nor has my telephone calls.

I await response.......
Keep with it, keep going there is an end.

Hi, I haven't seen Karol on here for a few days but I'm sure she'll pick up on this for you as soon as she's next on the forum.

Have you tried emailing her direct?

She last logged on two days ago - it's always possible that she is on holiday?

They are taking time with this, not just this one IP, mine completed March 1st as in last payment, had a court extension for admin until today, but mine still hasn't been completed.

Its like a dark cloud in the background, you know you have paid everything off, you know all your hard work is done, just waiting for the final details to be done. I will be chasing my IP on monday.

Hi djsmartie77

I too recieved an I/E form a long time after my final payment but it turned out to be an automated letter as my IVA was oficially still open, Im sure that this is the case with your account.

I have been waiting for a very long time for my completion however I have been told by the dedicated closure team at GT that it is on track to be closed in July.

Have you contacted GT closures at this dedicated email address - iva.closures@uk.gt.com, since I used this address I have foung them to be quite efficient at replying to my queries.

Hope this helps and keep us informed of how you get on.
IVA Official Completed 27th July 2012!!!

djsmartie77 - Our dedicated closure team have received your email and will be in contact to confrim the time frame for your Notice of Completion. The I&E form will be an automated letter which you can disregard.
Kind Regards
Karol
