I would do exactly as you have stated above, send your completion certificate with a covering letter explaining that your debt was included in the IVA and as a result of the IVA being completed, then you have been discharged from the debt and could they now amend their receords to reflect this.

Hi Kelly not too sure on this one and hopefully one of the experts will be along shortly, however if Barclay's were one of your creditors and you have finished your IVA that is it. Does the letter state what the £400 is for?
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

If they were included then you can tell them to take a running jump!!!!
Just send a letter with a copy of your completion notice. That should do the trick.

My understanding if that creditors can continue to send you statements until the defaults are removed after the 6yr period....I would send them a letter with a copy of your certificate and get them to amend their records.
You are fully protected by your past IVA and have nothing to worry over
