If you work in the financial services industry (or know of people who have with these circumstances), has anyone had to go through the process of the FSA approved persons (CF30 customer function etc) whilst in an IVA or completed in IVA within 6 years.
The FSA say they review on a case by case basis i believe but wondered if you are likely to be rejected.
I do know of quite a few IFAs who have been authorised whilst subject to an IVA, but I thing that the FSA do view things on an individual basis. Are you in an IVA at present?
