Hi

First of all congratulations! Would you mind sharing who your IP was? It seems to be a rare thing these days where an IP issues a CC after you make you final payment, well at least for many months.

Your name should come off the Insolvency register within 3 months.

Personally I would forget your credit score/rating until 6 years from the date that your IVA started.

You can claim for miss sold PPI but unless you have paid back 100P in the Pound plus expenses there is every chance that any PPI claims would go back into the IVA pot for the benefit of your creditors.
7 years after starting an IVA I finally received a completion certificate from ClearDebt

J13hod check with one of the advisor on the forum I think if you receive any windwalls now you can keep them. I may be wrong but I think this is the reason that people are having to wait on their completion certificates to make sure that any PPI is claimed and returned to the pot before the certificate is issue

Hi my IP was debt support centre based in machester and I've gotta say they have been amazing throughout the whole process. I started my iva in July 2011 and completed in July 2012 thanks to money my folks kindly gave to get me out if this mess

Not that I ever want to get credit ever again and will not ever apply for a credit card ever. But do want to move my mortgage to a more better deal. And wondered when or if I can do that?

Wow, under 3 weeks. That's amazing. Obviously I don't know your individual circumstances and the complexity of your case but that really sets the bar high for other companies.
