Can I make a PPI claim against a bank which does not form part of my IVA ?

Hi and welcome.

If you make a claim for PPI then anything you are awarded will go towards your IVA.

I would not recommend this, as the PPI monies could be an asset in your iVA. This is by no means certain, so either take independent legal advice or ask your IP directly. They will not take the money from you if they are not entitled to it, and it cannot be deemed a windfall if the debt was repaid before the IVA was taken out.
