F&F from outside UK

Hello,
I'm in IVA since Sep 2011. I had to move out from UK in April this year.
My original agreement was 57p in the #163;;.
I've found job here but I'm being paid much less after converting it to #163;.
So I'll have problems paying for the IVA.
My parents offered me some cash to pay IVA off.
They can give about #163;7500 which will give 35p in the #163;

Would it be a realistic offer for F&F?
