I have an iva in place and one of my crediotrs is trying to get a charging order

I don't think they can but I'd have a word with my IP and seek guidance from them.

Hi David..one of my creditors had a charging order put on my house prior to me going into an IVA..once it was agreed etc the charging order was removed..
When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long...the past cannot be changed. It is the present and future that counts

Tell your IP as the creditor cannot do this. There must be a mix up in communications.
