Can a charging order be placed on my property if I am in an IVA ?

Do you mean by your unsecured creditors? If so, no they can't. Your IP will not put a charging on either, though will ask you to sign an RX1 form which means you have to notify him if you wish to sell your property.

Agree with nepensioner - the IP will only place a restriction on the property, not a charging order.

Your unsecured creditors can't do this.
