My brothers IP is failing to make contact!!

My brother has on many occasions tried to contact his IP via DFD and been given many excuses why he can't speak with him and he also sent an email on Tuesday this week. This seems not to be good practice and my brother feels like his been neglected, does his IP Richard Savage really exist , because he needs to to his job and make contact with my brother as he has issues he wants to discuss. My brother is so fed up now he wants to know who is there to help and also who he can make a complaint to regarding DFD and his IP.

I suggest that he emails him directly.

If there are problems then before he escalates this he needs to go through DFD internal complaints department.

What problems is your brother experiencing?

Try the letter of his first name then surname @fairpoint.co.uk and see if that helps, good luck and hope that you manage to get some response. x
