23 months into my IVA and today i received a letter telling me I am in breach. Can they do this ?

i am 23 months into my iva and today i received a letter telling me i am in breach for not filling in my self assesment for the years 2007/8 2008/9 2009/10 all this information was submitted to the inland revenue prior to my iva so why after 23 payments am i receiving this letter can they do this

Hi I'm sorry I'm not sure about this but we do have experts so will keep this bumped up for them to answer. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Get them to verify with HMRC that they have received the returns it is claimed are outstanding. It sounds to me as if they have not.
