After checking the insolvency register my husbands name has come off after only a few weeks but mine is still on there. How long does it take to come off the register? Should I be complaining to them?

It can take up to three months so I'd give it a bit more time before complaining.

If it doesn't come off by next month then get in touch with the Insolvency Service to see why they haven't taken you off.

I assume that both letters were sent in at the same time, so it is odd that one has been updated and the other not. No harm in querying this with you former IP now.
