Great news you are coming to end of your IVA. Your IP will want to conduct a closure review to ensure all monies received by yourself have been paid to the IVA as per your conditions.
At the end of the payments, confirm that they have received the last payment and then enjoy cancelling the standing order - then unfortunately you will need to be patient and await the certificate of completion which can take some time to come through while the IVA team undertake the closure actions.

Hi,
Well done for almost finishing. I believe you will have a final review to make sure that you haven't missed any uplifts and that your payments are up to date.
You will need to check with your IP as to when yiou can cancel your SO/DD.

well done merry potter
the next few months will fly
A good piece of housekeeping that you shouldnt have to do, but it may be advisable, is to ask your IVA company if all claims have been recieved. What i mean by this, is that all creditors you allowed for in your IVA have confimred their claim.
One of the reasons for the delay in my closure, is that a creditor included in my IVA 6 yrs ago, still hasnt responded to my IVA company. They have therefroe been given until next week to respond or they will be excluded and their share of monies ive paid will be divided amongst teh remaining creditors.
So im thinking if you ask your IVA co now, if alls ok then thats fine, but should you be like me and have a creditor that hasnt confirmed their claim, then by speaking with your IVA co now, perhaps they will be able to start pushing the creditor now ie you wont face this as a delay to closure as i have
Hop ive made sense and am not rambling !!
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012
