its now been 6 months and ppi claims still not been sorted. not had any letters from DFD since I cancelled my direct debit. not happy at all.

I think you'll have to chase them up to see where they're at with your case. Its pretty much the same for all of us at the moment though, certainly not unique to DFD!

Hmmmmmmmmmmm that old chesnut!!! What they do Chris is put you on a shelf until you are near to finishing then start prioritising and doing something about it, they then wait till they have a certain number of claimants and put the variations forward, like you i am still waiting!
