Hi all,

i wonder if anyone can advise, i completed my IVA 3 years ago and until now i haven't really had to declare it to a job etc. Due to redundancy earlier this year i've been forced to look at new employment and have just been offered a job. With the contract a 'background check' form has also been sent and asks all the usual questions, mothers maiden name an so on but there is also a credit enquiry box asking two questions, first one is- do i have any unsatisfactory county court judgements and the second question is - have i ever been declared bankrupt. Can i just tick no to both of these or do i need to declare anything? any help greaty appreciated.

You can certainly tick both unless you have any post IVA CCJs which I doubt. Any CCJs would have been addressed within the IVA and an IVA is not bankruptcy.
Good luck with the job.
