Hi all

My IVA was recently completed and closure documents were sent to me about 3 weeks ago.
I was told that my creditors also would receive a copy of the closure and certificate.
My Creditors are/were - Max Recovery/Wescot/Lloyds bank.
I emailed Max and Wescot who confirm they have the documents and will update my credit file with Experian/Equifax.
I am unable to find an email contact however for Lloyds bank - can anyone help me with some contact details please?
Also how long after they receive the closure documents should my file be altered?

Your iva will remain on your credit record for six years from yje date of acceptance, nothing you can do about that.
No idea about Lloyds email details. You could try snail mail to the data controller there.

IVA started in Sep 2006 - not an issue

Just amazed that I can't find any email address for Lloyds.
