Creditors can continue to default you (some of mine have done it every month since the IVA started) during the IVA but after it has finished you can get them to correct their entries.

IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
There are three agencies .. all hold differing information according to the accuracy of their files (great, isn't it!). You really need to get a copy of your file from each, at £2 a pop: Equifax, Experian and Call Credit.

Hi josu. I have had clarification from Noddle about what they hold. They take a monthly feed from Call Credit (not from Experian or Equifax). Noddle is free as it is not up date as it only updates monthly. going direct to Call Credit, Experian and Equifax you do have to pay but they are up to date/live reports. Basically if you go for Noddle you will only see Call Credit data (and not the most up to date held). You do need to get your hands on all 3 to make sure that everything held about you is correct.

IVA finished Oct 2011, CC received 27 April 2012, No longer on Insolvency Register 01 May 2012. Jan 2013 - all Credit Files squeaky clean
You do need to check all three and it will cost you £2 a time as Foggy says.
Once completed then any defaults need to be put back to the date of IVA acceptance. It's the data controller you need to write to once you have your completion certificate.
