Hi,
Today I tried to apply to see my online Callcredit check, (I opted for Callcredit instead of Noddle because at the moment I would like to keep track of my file on a regular day to day basis). I filled out all the details, gave them my payment details etc. only to be given this message "We are unable to proceed with your application.
As part of your application for the service we carry out identity validation checks on the information you have provided at sign up. Based upon that information we are unable to proceed with your application."
There is no other information about what I need to do. Their site is lacking in useful info. Has anybody else had this experience? And did you find a solution? I have fired off an email to their support team, but think I might find out more useful info here.

Hi Peeved,
Are you on the electoral roll? It may be that this is what is causing the problem.

Hello Noddle. I thought CallCredit were totally useless. Don't bank on them responding to your email.
I went through Noddle and have no trouble with that at all.

Yes I am on the electoral roll. Been at the same address 20+ years. I wouldn't mind so much except they don't give you any advice on what to do even if it was to supply them with ID documents. That is what I've had to do with Equifax.

I've no idea why they have said that then.
Must admit that I use Noddle for Call Credit and although it's only once a month, that does it for me.

Just tried to sign up to Noddle. Cannot proceed with ID verification because they use card verification and I only have a pre paid Mastercard which they inform me won't work. So maybe that is the answer to the callcredit problem. Makes me wonder how you are supposed to sign up without suitable cards??
