Hi, I have been in an IVA for 6 years. Would I be able to apply for a mortgage ?

Unfortunately - they do - and to make things worse RBS was one mortgage lender i had post IVA - Mind you the way RBS are going they wont have many customers left :-)

I know your right in principle of course..But when I see what a corrupt world we live in it's a difficult pill to swallow. I was reading about Siemans global brand, but so systemically corrupt the German goverment unable to do anything about it. To horse in our burgers, still at least it was 100% horse, whatever next!

Mind you i wont be happy at all, if i find any type of meat in my Veggie Burgers - somehow just waiting for that news !!

Hi

Everyone can deal with any mortgage application as they see fit, however the advice from the experts on this forum is to answer all questions truthfully on any application, having said that I think some brokers are able to bypass this question with direct applications so you are not answering the question at all.

Personally I hope they find 'Dubious' stuff in all processed food and people go back to buying it from the local butcher/grocer/baker and candlestick maker (OK, no chance on the last one)

And start cooking from raw igredients again.

Everyone from children to adults would benefit from it.
