Hi Everyone, totally confused by everything ive read i finished my IVA May last year and received my COP soon after. I had a loan with Barclays which was included in my IVA, the term was 7 years, 5 years of which were paid fully until my IVA was granted, now if i can claim do i just claim for the 5 years in whick i paid PPI before the IVA started that is of course if im allowed to claim at all due to my credit history ??? IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
