ive recently completed my iva by means of a full & final offer which was accepted & i have recieved my completion certificate.whilst in the iva we recieved a ppi refund from a secured debtor not involved in the iva claim, this refund was given in full to the iva, since the refund though the debtor did not adjust our payments & we continued to overpay on interest & are now due a refund of £1200, the iva company are trying claim this too yet i have a completion certificate & its not a ppi refund but a refund of us overpaying. How can they ask for this?

Did you make a 100% payment of your debt plus the IPs fees? If not then I'm not sure you are due anything. Hopefully someone who knows more will see this and be able to help.
Paid F&F in July 2012 and received CC in July 2013 :-)
