ok cool so if i say I have done the claims myself are they titled to claim it all back from me or just a percentage?

All of it ! - if you going to do this yourself - don't use a claims company,if the creditors offset the claim - you be left with a bill from the claims company

Another thing to mention - is GT mass variations which allows GT to issue the completion certificate but retain the right to investigate PPI claims - this does require you to signs the required forms.

Ok sounds like I dont really have a leg to stand on... seems highly unfair but I guess the rich get richer as the saying goes..

I started my IVA with Blair Endersby not GT. GT took over my IVA last year. Does that make any difference?

No difference I am afraid

I think your IVA closure will be delayed but hopefully not too long given GTs mass variation to allow closures whilst investigating PPI claims

Ok that's fair enough, I guess I will have to accept the fact that the money I am owed through PPI is going back to the Bankers and GT. Upsetting as life is tough but I guess i can be grateful my IVA is finished...

Good Luck Steve - you have done the hard part - the IVA!! - just look at it as putting it behind you and moving forward :-)
