Hi

I have had the letter from Grant Thornton regardoing Mass Variation. My iva will be at an end in November2013, I had hoped for the CC soon after, but reading on the forum it looks as if this is unlikely.
I have been writing to and claiming PPI from my cards and bank with the full knowledge of Grant Thornton. As claims are resolved the money is being paid directly to them.

I can see at this stage that there is any good reason to sign a variation in the term of my agreement but I don't want to hold up the CC. I would be happy to sign a disclaimer at the end of my investigations saying that I have investigated and repaid into the IVA any claims. Would this be acceptable as a way forward.

GT are accepting Declarations of No Claim... I would imagine such a Declaration could be suitably amended to suit these circumstances. Drop Karol an email at IVACustomerServices@uk.gt.com putting only "IVA Forum" in the subject line. Hopefully she will be able to assist.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
