Just had a nice email telling me that my 2 biggest creditors accumilating to 87% of the voting have sent thier votes back accepting my IVA at 13p to the £1, with no modifications.

WEYHEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with this as a vote from a different creditor (Barclays parter finance) accepted it but tried to make a few modifications including my monthly payment going up and another year added on taking it to 6 years, but thier modifications were rejected as they were only 7% of the voting.

So for all those people out there who worry about low dividends being accepted, I hope my post gives you hope and helps you to stop worrying!

Looking forward to chatting with you guys about all my ups and downs over the next 5 years :)

Cheers

M

Fab news - as we have said on here before, as long as creditors can see this is the best offer most will accept.

Have a great weekend!!
