I made my last payment into my IVA in November 2012 and have not heard anything from Grant Thornton. I have PPI claims thats they are dealing with but have not heard anythign in reagrds to them either. Can anyone tell me how much longer i have to wait for a completion certificate or do i have to wait till teh PPI claims that Grant Thronton are dealing with to be finished first ?

Hi

You should receive some documentation to sign so that GT can chase PPI claims after closing your case.
Some people have been waiting close to two years to receive completion certificates so don't hold your breath

I made my last payment in Oct 2012 and am still waiting for my Completion Certificate through a company called Kingsgate. It seems a different story when these companies want money but when we want what is due to us they drag their heels!!

Hi Andy, These were signed ages ago and i have have just receievd one response telling my i am due a refund. all i have heard from Grant Thornton back in may was that creditor claims are agreed despite sending several e-mail to try and find out what is happening now. What happens to the PPI refunds?
