Hi all

We have just completed our 3rd yr and have received a letter from Kingsgate advising that our payments will remain unchanged for our 4th year.

I just wondered if this means the mortgage equity will not be looked in or does that happen at end of year 4 ?

Thanks

Ali

Hi Ali. Equity is usually looked at around month 54.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi, usually equity is looked at in yr4, I did mine midway through year 4, and although we had no equity we still had to go through the process to satisfy this clause in the IVA.
