I have been told that I owe £366 in total left to pay against my iva which is 1 payment of £278 due 1st June and then £88 due 1st July. This is due to over payments at beginning of iva. My question is that I have not heard about my Iva being extended for another year as yet and wanted to know where I stand? If I have made my final payment after 5 years, can they still extend?

Do you have any equity release to realise? If not and your iva company have confirmed this is all you have left to contribute then they shouldn't be springing any further surprises on you at this stage I would have thought

Surely the company should be contacting people well before this stage in the game?? I'd be gutted to fine out with only 2 payments to go that it was going to be extended
