15 months since I stopped paying my IVA, and all I get when I ring them up is we cant close your case until all PPI claims are dealt with. The should be a time limit on how long they have got to complete PPI because all this is doing is delaying me moving on with my life and my credit history.
Good Afternoon Chris1982,
Thank you for your post. Please can you email me your reference and contact details so that I can look into your case? My email is held within my profile. Also could you add your forum name to your email?
I have contacted DFD several times telling them I want my PPI chasing up through them. No reply. I bet when my IVA finishes next year, they suddenly grow an interest in any PPI's. Im thinking of just contacting the former credit cards and asking for them. Once I have paid my full 71 payments, that is my end of the bargain completed as far as I'm concerned.
That seems strange, as I am sure that DFD have their own internal claims management company, or at least are linked to one of the larger operators. Perhaps one of their forum reps will pick up on this post and be able to contact you today.
Good Afternoon Radish,
Thank you also for your post, I’m unsure why you have been advised of this. Can you please email me with your reference number and contact details so that I can look into the matter further and contact you with an update. Please also add your forum name to your email.
Many Thanks
Evette Everest
Evette, I will contact you today. I spoke to someone today at DFD and she basically said the is nothing they can do until all the claims are through. I just feel 15 months should of been plenty of time to sort 6 PPI claims out.
