Hi,
I completed my IVA sept 2010 with a full and final settlement.
I have lived within my means and re built my credit profile over the last few years.

However I am currently under taking a SC review for my job. I have almost filled it in and have been honest about declaring my iva in the form.

I was however unsure as any defaults that would be listed on my credit report so signed up to get a credit check.
To which I have found some of the accounts that where in my iva still down as defaulted and not marked as satisfied.

2 of them being Lloyds and one being Halifax still down as making missed payment markers as of this month!

I have got the completion certificate and the list of debts that went into my iva to send to Experian to hopefully get them marked as satisfied.

Is this the correct thing to do?

Also Halifax is listed as HBOS on my list of claims is this correct, I am 100 percent positive it is them as the details seem to match up but there are no account details on the credit report to match with my list that went into the iva.

Is Halifax known as HBOS?

I thought I had all this done and dealt with 3 years ago when I finished my iva.
However when filling in this sc and wanting to get my details all correct I find out all this is still hanging on my credit profile.

And starting to worry me.

Any help would be much appreciated.

HBOS is Halifax Bank of Scotland (the amalgamated group name).

You need to write to the creditors -- there is a template letter on the beatmydebt website here, the link is about halfway doen on the right:
