Yipee, I have a variation meeting date of the 5th August.
Its been hard work, but really believe this forum has helped loads getting to this point.
Judith from DFD who got in touch with me via this forum has been no end of help and couldn't of got things moving without her aswell.
So roll on the 5th of August. PPI has helped a little with paying 100p in the £ and after fees there should be s surplus of around £3500. Wonder if my creditors will want it sharing out as interest or if we can have it back as our original proposal was 83p in the £ (83p in the £ waswith equity release which we didn't have to do due to paying more in thanks to working hard and gaining promotions)
Heres to a Debt free future and variation being approved.
