Just looking for some help from a Clear Debt employee if possible.
I made my final payment 12 months ago, and was then sent letters regarding PPI. Had a visit from the PPI Reclaim company around Jan/Feb time (can't remember exactly when), where I signed all the forms etc. I've gradually had responses from the company and my creditors regarding my various "claims" for a PPI refund (although it's taken until now in July to hear anything).
What concerns me more is I haven't heard anything from Clear Debt regarding the assignment document and disclaimer for any PPI monies recovered, which will enable them to issue my completion certificate. I've fully complied with the requirements of my IVA, and started the PPI process 5 months ago, so where is this assignment document?
Can a Clear Debt employee look in to my account for me and advise please?
Hi James, I'm sure if they are logging on either Size5 or David Monday will pick up your post and come back to you ASAP as this should be relatively easy to sort out if you just waiting on some forms.
