I still not yet received my letter of completion. How long can they keep me on the books ?

I still not yet received my letter of completion . my iva fin in 2011.but they still asking for my play slips. sent them an e.mail and I got to take out an PPI with them frist , is this right and how long can they keep me on the books so to speak

Hi and welcome

They can ask you to co-operate with PPI claims but why they have left it to this late stage I don't know.

Some companies can issue completion certificates even when there are ongoing PPI claims, who are you with ?

iam with grant thornton . I just don't understsnd why they still asking me for my p60/payslips which I do send .my iva fin in jun2011

June 2011 they are still asking for payslips and p60's, this is to me a ridiculous situation, how long will this go on for one wonders? You enter a 60 month (sometimes longer) debt remedy and then two years later you're still reporting to them.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I would have given up emails and phone calls by now and been on there doorstep.
IVA now over with and it was worth it.

AND get a letter june 12/13 iva annual report with that I got put my monthly outgoings. my iva fin in 2011
