This is the third year into my IVA I've been offered a directorship in a business which is great.

If I become a director and ie, next year the business moves premises will any search the property company make stop the move because of my financial position?
The same if I am named on the business bank account, will I be allowed by the bank?

Hi Steven and welcome to the forum

Are your concerns about a potential landlord of the business finding out about your IVA and penalising the company as a result?

Only the bank in question can confirm whether they are happy for you to be a signatory on the account. Do your future fellow directors know about your current financial situation?

Thank you melanie

Yes a new landlord may have objections etc, the fellow directors are not aware of my position but I will be informing them soon, I don't think they will mind.
