My Practitioner at SDS has resigned and been replaced

i am in my final year and they sent me my I+E from 3 years ago - not even the ones I emailed them back !!!!

The resignation of the IP should not make a difference and your IVA should just continue on as normal. Speak to your new IP if in doubt.

Who was your previous IP and who has replaced them denver70? Is it another IP from within the same firm?

According to the Insolvency Register, Mr Maloney works for Leonard Curtis, and Ms Walker works for Simple Debt Solutions. Has there been a change of firm for you, as well as a new IP?

No issues ..Katy will simply pick up where Martin left. In theory you shouldn't see any differences, although i am sure all IPs work in slightly different ways but the crux of things should not change.

Looks like it is Martin who has left for pastures new then, having handed over his cases to another IP within the same firm. No harm done, and I am sure you will find a consistent approach with Katy.
