I completed ny IVA on the 1st October 2012, with this October being 6 years but I am still receiving letters chasing debt, this morning I got yet another letter saying that my debt has been passed over. When will these stop as it starting to get to me. My completion certificate has been sent to all the people I owned money.
It could be that these letters are from collection agencies who have purchased your debt as part of a job lot and don't realise they were covered by an IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
