Hi all, I have my variation meeting Friday 29th to
See if my creditors will agree to close my case outside of
PPI I have already had 4000 back from tsb which has gone
Into the pot, but there maybe more. I really do hope I can
Get my completion cert soon, its been a year since last payment. How long do these variations take?
I have also got to get a deed form signed by a friend as witness that I will continue to co operate with ppi firm
Is this usual?

Seems straightforward enough and hopefully you will get your certificate soon as I see no reason for this variation to be rejected.

Not sure about the deed to be signed by a friend to say you'll cooperate with PPI investigation surely your word is enough (my opinion).

Good luck with meeting day hope it has a positive outcome for you.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

A deed is usually witnessed and is a document which passes a right, interest or property from one to another. Before the turn of the century it was obligatory to have these witnessed, but I believe that has changed now, however, the custom still continues.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
