Has anyone had any sucess in claiming PPI from accounts that was linked to an IVA after the Iva had dropped of the register. I'm thinking about it My IVA is completed and name has dropped of the insolvency register.
There is every chance that the creditor will pay the refund to your old IP for distribution to your old creditors. Some are trying to offset against the old debt ( yet to be tested in court). But .. some posters have claimed and been successful.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
