Not all creditors have been equalised. This is a term used on an email to me when I requested an update on closure off my account. Can anyone explain what this means please?

It means that for some reason your IP has effected unequal dividends to the creditors which they are now attempting to rectify. I suggest you obtain more information about what has actually happened.
