Hi ... I'm now entering into my 4th year of my iva which I believe is the year also the possible remortgage occurs ... I have 1 year ago separated from my wife ... And moved out of the family home into rented accommodation while keeping up IVA payments.
My wife now is pushing for divorce however I'm wondering where I would stand with the whole thing .... The house is prob valued at 190k morgage is 160k ..... Where would I stand in terms of a divorce and how I'd come out of it ??

Hi, I'm sorry I can't help with this post but maybe others can and if not why not try and get a free 30 minute appointnent with a solicitor. I know they have them in my area not sure if they do where you are. All the best,
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
