Have any ex Simple Debt Solutions clients (now with creditfix)got any feedback.Good or Bad.I have not had any contact since getting told they were taking over SDS.
I am sure that the IP who has taken on the cases has her hands very full right now. Taking on cases from another firm is not an easy process - I know from my own experience in doing this several times. If you have not heard anything, why not give them a call and try and arrange to chat to the new IP to see if there are any issues on your case that have been highlighted that need bringing to your attention?
