Hello,

I have been in my IVA for just over 2 years. I have just started the process of offering a F&F settlement. I was wondering at what stage would it be possible for me to consider selling my home? I have just done a land registry search and it appears to have no restrictions on it at all at the moment. Would I be free to sell it before the completion is finished as it doesn't look like the IVA is registered on it. Or would they still someone be able to get ahold of the funds in another way? Many thanks.

Once the full and final has been accepted you should be able to sell. The property will have been excluded by this time but check with your own IP to make sure you are not doing anything wrong.
