I have received a cheque for a PPI claim. Will I have to give it back or is it mine to keep ?

Hi I have a question regarding my iva and a ppi claim.i have received a cheque from a creditor that I owe money to in my iva for a ppi claim, its not a large amount just a few hundred. Will I have to give it back or is this money mine to keep?

Declare it to your iva firm. Depending on the wording of your iva you may be able to keep it if its less than a certain amount.
